    Highlights / Metacognition
    ▪ What did you think was the most valuable thing that
    happened for you tonight?
Everything sort of came together in terms of the examples we were using to define the most important terms and main languages of programming.

    ▪ What did you learn from that?
I realized why we were taught by using these examples – it was nice to be able to view all our discussions/work as a whole instead of in bits and pieces.
Also, the hands-on programming was very helpful. It’s one thing to watch and learn and another to physically do it yourself and understand the concepts that way.

    ▪ What will you do with that knowledge?
Feel much more confident about my programming knowledge! Woo hoo!

    Questions?
    ▪ Now that we’ve had our session together, what do you want
    to know?
I want to check out some of the other programs that are available to programmers. (We worked with JSBIN and Visual Web Developer)

What did you think was the most valuable thing that happened for you tonight?
I found it great to learn something about Integrated Development Environments, especially Microsoft’s Visual Code Studio. All in all, it was a great course, and I really think that it was a very good introduction to a programmer’s mind and habit of work.

What will you do with that knowledge?
Looking forward to learn more about JavaScript.
